Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Ithaca

About who needs care: I broke my femur and am recovering. I can get to the bathroom but I need help doing daily things like dishes, cooking, and getting in and out of the shower/bath. I also have a small friendly dog that would love to go out in the morning and evening. I may also sometimes like help with errands but that's less important that helping with daily essentials at home. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
