About who needs care: She needs companionship, someone to talk to as more and more she can't find words because she doesn't speak with anyone. She doesn't see well, has arthritic hands and no strength. Though she thinks she's cleaning ... not really. She walks but is unstable on her feet. Doesn't wash her feet anymore because she can't get to them. A driver for groceries, to walk at the mall, get out of the house. About the care needs: My mom is a tough one that is very resistant to help. Seems to think she needs to entertain whomever is there to help her. She's in pretty health but she needs regular help at this point because she wants to stay in her house rather than go to a home. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
