I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance. I'm looking to hire a caregiver or aide to visit my father at his senior living center and help him with gentle mobility exercises. He currently spends most of the day sitting, and we want to maintain and improve his muscle strength, balance, and overall mobility so he can stay as independent as possible. This is not a medical position, just someone with experience helping seniors stand, stretch, and move safely. Responsibilities • Assist my father with standing up safely from a seated position • Guide him through light, low-impact exercises (such as leg lifts, arm movements, walking practice, stretching, or chair exercises) • Provide hands-on support to ensure balance and stability • Encourage movement
