Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Chappaqua

About who needs care: Mom recently had brain surgery for ruptured aneurysm and possible stroke. She is in acute rehabilitation at this time with anticipated discharge November 4th. She will be living with me after her discharge. She will need help with feeding, showering, toiletting, etc. I am taking some time off but would like help during the day 8-4-5 p.m. I can handle evenings and weekends. About the care needs: Must be spanish speaking. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
