We are seeking a Companion Care Provider to support our 23-year-old daughter, an autistic adult, in her daily routines and community activities. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and either experienced with neurodivergent individuals or willing to learn through guidance. Responsibilities Include: Provide companionship, encouragement, and positive engagement throughout the day. Support daughter with light housekeeping tasks Support with preparing lunch Transport and assistance at Community & Recreational Activities Assist with physical exercise activities Demonstrate awareness of behavior-modification principles or willingness to learn. Interest in music (singing, listening, or playing an instrument such as piano or guitar) is a plus
