About who needs care: Looking for a caring individual to sit with a 90-year-old dementia woman living in assisted living. The care home she lives in, is seeking a person to be there when she wakes in the morning to make sure she gets out of bed safely and to the bathroom. And then just a little companionship for a few hours About the care needs: Someone who is patient and gentle with a dementia patient that gets confused easily. She does communicate but not always makes sense or living in current reality. Sitting with them and listening to music or watching tv just to make sure they dont wander and try to leave the property. Services needed include: companionship.
