About who needs care: My father-in-law has the use of just one leg and one arm. He does not care of himself or his cats. I don't know the last time he took a shower. He is an obstinate' rude and can be a condescending old man and thinks he knows everything! My husband lives with him but he has his own issues to deal with. My father-in-law still insists on driving, but I don't think he should as he has been in a couple of accidents due to his prosthetic leg. I've tried and his friends have tried to talk to him about getting home help, but he won't listen. Is there anything you can do? About the care needs: Someone who can have patience and understanding but firm when he tries to be difficult.
