About the job
The patient: Looking for live-in home aide for my mother. She is a 69-year-old stroke survivor and ALS patient with cognitive and physical disability, frail, and high fall risk. We want her active but safe (i. e. accompany her on a walk, errands, dinner/lunch). She is funny and sweet Responsibilities include: PEG tube care, BIPAP, assistance walking, injected medication, medication prompting, toilet/shower, help eating, taking her out during the day. She walks and is light weight. Want someone RESPONSIBLE with POSITIVE AND ENERGETIC ATTITUDE.
