About who needs care: She has Multiple Sclerosis progressed now Quadriparesis. Her mental state and verbal communication are great. Her physical inabilities are result of cervical damage. She spends her time watching tv or on computer for ebooks, saying prayers, checking emails etc and enjoys sitting outside on the deck. About the care needs: During the day she needs help with everything from bathing/roll in shower, hair washing (also brushing & hair styling), face washing, brushing teeth, hygienic changes, getting dressed, stretch exercises in bed before transfer into wheelchair, food prep & assistance with feeding, light housekeeping, taking to some appointments. We're looking for someone who has Hoyer experience. She should be patient, compassionate, energetic and genuinely enjoys what she does when caring for others. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
