About who needs care: Hey all. My name is Samantha and I have cerebral palsy and use a motorized wheelchair. I'm looking for someone willing to help me Monday- Friday Duties would include Helping me get ready each morning (getting me out of bed, dressing, toileting, assisting with my hair, and preparing my breakfast and pills). I can bear weight and transfer using grab bars in the bathroom and a horizontal pole that is next to my bed. Taking me to any substitute jobs I have that week. I have my own accessible van that the caregiver would drive. Helping me during my break (which would involve taking me to the bathroom) Picking me up from said job and taking me to my second job.
