About who needs care: Underlying Conditions: past ankle fracture, COPD, Oxygen use, Liver Cirrhosis with Stent , Hypotension , UTI , Back pain- prior surgery, Wheelchair Bound but can use walker. Interests: Reading, Watching TV. Day Structure: Get out of bed, bath if not taken at night, Get dressed, breakfast/brunch, leisure, late lunch/snack, Leisure time, Dinner, Leisure time, maybe a snack, bath if not taken in the morning, bed About the care needs: Biggest need will be helping with meals, assisting with basic household chores, helping with dressing, and helping get to Dr appointments. Someone with a good sense of humor, someone who enjoys chatting, and would strongly prefer a female. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
