About who needs care: COPD, AFib, incontinent, immobile as he starting around April of this year he was in Overlook Hosp for one month in bed, then in rehab, then Overlook again because of a very serious bed sore which he still has. He has wound care 3 times a week and it is getting better but will still take more time. He has arthritis in both knees which complicates his trying to walk. No hobbies. interests. He is in bed and occasionally transferred to wheelchair. He goes out on deck and smokes cigars. About the care needs: Friendly is always nice but the important thing is at night he needs a catheter in place and in the morning it would be replaced by diapers. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
