Our Director of Nursing will create a 'Plan of Care' to be followed- we'll available for assistance * Assist clients with personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene. * Provide mobility assistance such as transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility aids. * Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, weight) as directed. * Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment (laundry, bed-making, tidying client's area). * Provide companionship and emotional support. * Remind clients to take medications * Report changes in the client's condition to supervising nurse promptly. * Follow the client's individualized care plan.
