Looking For A Professional Aide For Long Term

We take care of my father Roman right now. Roman is 80 and has been experiencing memory problems. We are looking for a professional aide who can Help Roman with bathing and personal hygiene Experience in dealing with elderly patients with memory issues Food preparation, exercise, etc. Speaks English and Ukrainian. Roman speaks both fluently. We live in Bridgewater, NJ. Initially, we are looking for an aide who can work several hours a day for 2-3x per week. As Roman becomes comfortable and needs more care, we would increase the hours per week. Please let me know if you are interested in discussing this further. Thank you.
