Seeking a reliable and experienced caregiver to support a 19-year-old young woman with developmental and motor disabilities in a private home. This is a part-time position covering every other weekend, with overnight shifts from Thursday evening through Sunday morning. Open to one caregiver covering the full weekend or two caregivers splitting shifts. Responsibilities include overnight supervision, assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, monitoring bedtime/am routines, taking her to and from fun activities, medication reminders, safety supervision on stairs and during mobility, etc. The caregiver will also help maintain calm routines and provide light companionship. Experience with developmental disabilities or special needs. CPR/First Aid preferred. Background check required. $20-2/hr, flat rate pm negotiable
