Seeking Part-time Home Health Aide - Long Term Opportunity

About the job

About who needs care: 80-year-old man, 5'9" and currently about 165lbs. He has difficulty walking and experiences freezing of gait. He sometimes uses a walker but these days usually a wheelchair. He has moderate dementia. About the care needs: The aid would help him do light exercise, shower, use the restroom, get dressed for bed, and get into bed. We're looking for a dependable, honest, patient, and kind individual with experience performing the required tasks, and the physical strength needed to assist him, and make sure he stays safe in the process. Preference will be given to applicants able to work the full 7 days, but applicants who are available consistently for at least 5 days a week, will also be considered. Services needed include: bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
