About who needs care: I have diabetes and and asthma. High blood pressure. About the care needs: I am legally blind and very shakie. My house is very messy I also need help with getting mail and rides please I don't drive because I am legally blind. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
