I need senior care provider with experience for an in home 96-year-old Dementia patient. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting (we grind it up and feed in her food), Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance (HOYER EXPERIENCEIS A MUST), Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Heavy Lifting, Meal Preparation, Companionship. Assistance with medication is needed. Some light tidying up is involved. Will need with bathing experience as she can not stand. SHE WILL NEED HELP WITH TRANSPORT TO PORTABLE TOILET AND CHANGING AS SHES IN DEPENDS. Please have experience assisting with feeding. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion.
