Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Raleigh

Seeking companion care near Chapel Hill/ UNC for my mother in her 80s. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Our Mother is 87 and needs someone with her at all times. She had a stroke last December and her short term memory is gone. She is not disabled in any other way. My sister and I take turns caring for her every 3 weeks. I live out of town and this is my 3 weeks on duty here in Southern Village/ Chapel Hill. I really need a break for an hour or 3 days a week so I can go to the gym. If I could get away for an hour or so between 8 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. M-W-F ( or Tues-Th-Sat) I would pay someone $120 for a max of 4. 5 hours total for the week.
