About who needs care: My mom has a blood cancer called MDS that causes her to be weak. She had surgery recently for colon cancer. She has doctors appointments often. She doesnt take much medication but will need help doing her PT exercises to gain her strength back. About the care needs: She has always been strong and enjoyed exercising (swimming daily). She would like to do that again. Our neighborhood has an indoor pool. Shes not quite ready to go swimming but she would like to get there. Right now shes sleeping a lot. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
