Seeking honest, compassionate, and dependable caregivers to help care for mother diagnosed with ALS, Oct 2024. Due to advanced stage patient on a BiPap non-invasive ventilator 24/7, lacks ability to speak or swallow & has little mobility. Daily routine includes but is not limited to transitioning to potty w/ Hoyer lift, bathing/dressing, catheter care, mouth care/suction, cough assist, medication & feedings administered via PEG/feeding tube, wound care, light housekeeping & care for 2 small dogs. Patient has detailed plan of care, daily routine and in home Hospice RN support 3x week. Experience preferred, yet we often train caregivers with common sense who are willing to learn.
