Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Durham

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother. She was just recently discharged from SNF to her apartment that she shares w/my dad- . We already have 2 caretakers in place but need extra help for gaps, mainly mornings and evenings. She is currently using a sit and stand and has PT/OT coming to visit as part of discharge- She wears an adult depend and needs help with using commode also. She is currently just getting sponge baths as she can't go into shower- We are not sure if this will change- She is on a few medications that my dad would benefit from being reminded of. Some light meal prep would be great but not totally necessary as my dad can do some stuff too. Times that are critical are mornings and evenings when she gets out of bed and goes back to bed- Specifically Saturday December 13th we need help for both morning and evening.
