Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Chapel Hill

About who needs care: My mother in law is needing care. She has rheumatoid arthritis. She has an upcoming knee replacement surgery on Dec 2 and can not take her RA medicine leading up to or for a month after her surgery. Because of this is unable to get out of bed in the morning, use the restroom, shower, cook for herself, clean, etc. She does better after she gets going, but she needs help first thing. I think she'll need help for the next 6 weeks or so. About the care needs: I don't know yet. Compassion and patience are the primary requirements, I guess. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
