We are looking for an experienced personal care assistant for a private-duty position located in Chapel Hill, NC. This position is for alternating weekend shifts (approx 9am-7pm) with additional hours possible. Duties / Skills: - Provide support including hands-on care. - Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, & toileting - Assist with meal planning & preparation - Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, light cleaning - Provide companionship & emotional support - Experience working with individuals in cognitive decline is necessary - Assist with transportation to appointments - Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy & confidentiality Must be a kind, compassionate, patient individual who dedicated to providing high-quality care. Non-smoker is a must.
