We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide Community Living Support for a 28-year-old adult male with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and a seizure disorder. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, self-care, cooking, cleaning, and community outings. This role is critical to fostering independence and maintaining a high quality of life. Our son is non-verbal, enjoys social interactions, playing with balls and puzzles, golf cart rides and loves being in public places. We are looking for someone who can provide hands-on support while creating a fun, positive, engaging environment. Experience with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
