I need personal care assistance, full care. I am paralyzed from the neck down. I need someone to be able to shower me help me with my vowels program help me with my medications dressing me up and transfer me into my power wheelchair with the hoyer lift and then if it's any time feed me something I live in my own home with my wife and two cats
