Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Apex

About who needs care: Only speaks Italian but has trouble communicating due to dementia. Recently had a fall and in a cast for broken wrist. We need someone to stay with her while caretaker (my father) undergoes surgery. About the care needs: If someone speaks Italian that would be most helpful. She does not do much other than watch TV or rest, but we need to ensure someone is in the home to prevent her from having another fall and/or injuring herself in any way. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
