About the job

About who needs care: Father has Squamous Cell Carcinoma (Lung Cancer) which has spread to his brain. At the moment he is going through Immunotherapy treatments every 3 weeks but they are not sure he is strong enough to continue. About the care needs: He is having trouble getting up to go to the restroom and care for himself. He lives alone currently. Both of his children are in their 40s and work full time, so we cannot be there as often as we would like. We do buy his groceries but he has gotten to the point that he cannot cook, so we try to cook large meals and bring to him so that they can be warmed and eaten when he wants. He will be needing some assistance with meal prep and mobility. I (Son) do come over and take care of his bills and any financial needs. Services needed include: meal prep, personal care and bathing / dressing.
