The people we serve are typically independent to semi-independent adults who benefit from social interaction, structured activities, personal care reminders, and a safe environment throughout the day. Our clients include: Seniors who want companionship and engagement Adults who may have mild to moderate cognitive decline (such as early-stage dementia) Individuals who need assistance with daily routines, meals and toileting Families seeking reliable daytime support, socialization, and peace of mind We focus on respect, dignity, and personalized attention, ensuring every person feels valued, included, and cared for. Our goal is to support both the individual and their family by providing a safe, uplifting space where loved ones can thrive socially, emotionally, and physically while maintaining as much independence as possible. About the care needs: We are looking for reliable, compassionate, and patient caregivers who truly enjoy supporting adults in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. What were looking for: A genuine passion for working with seniors and adults who need daily support Dependability shows up on time and can be counted on by families and the team Warm, respectful bedside manner and strong patience Ability to assist with daily routines, meals, and light personal care (as needed) Someone who enjoys engaging participants in conversation, activities, and social interaction Good communication skills with families and staff A calm, professional presence in challenging or emotional moments CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain (preferred) Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
