About who needs care: I am disabled I have multiple chronic conditions. I'mhaving problems keeping my floors clean and some other chores. Due to arthritis. My hips are hurting it's had for me to keep it clean enough it passes inspection here in housing I only need some one , once or twice a week to help with things I can't do. I can't climb to get the cobwebs ECT. I moved here I June. I still don't have photos ECT on my walls. I can't climb I lose my Ballance also bim still trying to unpack. I finnaly got a chair. I had to leave all my furniture behind except the stuff that breaks down and my bed . I been sitting in camping chairs. I finny got s cheap bnch and chair but I need help putting it together cand I need ride to my doctor appiments and the store when I can't walk to it due to my hips . I have two knee replacement menta but now my hips are going bad. Not to bad when it's warm but the cold makes me hurt and I refuse to take pain pills. I don't want to become reliant on them. I have United Health Care Medicare and Medicaid. I'm allowed 18 two way trips and 72 one way trips to doctors appointment but there's no one to take me I have missed 3 appointments now one was a demonologist in Hannibal. And one to my counselor one to my primary care appointments About the care needs: I can get along with pretty much anyone as long as they treat me with respect not like I'm stupid or a child and talk down to me that would piss me off and I'm the wrong old lady to piss off I don't take crap from no one. Just saying they have to have a positive attitude. I tryed this once before a few yrs ago. The lady scolded me for not doing what she though I should that pissed me off. I don't need a keeper I just need help cleaning a couple time a week this apt is the biggest one I eve dr lived in and it gets overwhelming at times . I live in senior hud housing very low income. So if my Medicaid or Medicare won't pay for it can't pay. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
