About who needs care: Is an underweight individual with stenosis and stricture of her anal canal. Is frequently gassy and unable to excrete. Has not been able to see any health care provider because no one in Kansas City, Missouri is willing to help her. She doesn't have the use of her right hand either and does not leave her apartment but relies on others to bring food and supplies. Is not energetic in day and continues to lose weight. About the care needs: Need a nurse practioner who would be able to order an ultrasound of her belly. She is willing to pay out out pocket to achieve this goal. We need someone who is dedicated to her cause and knows what it will take to bring her out of the state she is in. Money is not an issue although she does have full medicaid coverage. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
