About who needs care: Onset dementia, Hyperthyroid disease. Likes to play games on her cell phone watch TV. Day starts with her having coffee while she plays games on her phone. Then some breakfast. After breakfast needs to take her 2nd round of medications. Lunch around 1130 a.m. We would be home by and no later than 4 p.m. from work. Our schedule has a rotating day off each week as well as Sundays off. About the care needs: Someone who is patient. HAS TO LOVE cats too! We have 4! They are our babies and her grandfurs. She will tell the same stories over and over sometimes. She has no problems currently getting to the bathroom. No cleaning required unless there was a spill of food or drinks. Our main goal is for my mother to have someone here to make sure she eats and take her medications and make sure she is safe. We try to have a calm yet structured environment and try to keep a routine for my mother. She does use a cane to get around the apartment. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
