Transportation Needed For My Mother And Father In Shafer

I'm currently looking for transportation for my mother and father in their 80s. We are needing transportation (appointments, shopping, errands, library, coffee groups, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with cats. My parents are wanting to stay in their home as long as possible, but with winter coming driving has become difficult. As other needs arise, additional duties and additional work time may be available for other miscellaneous tasks. My parents are lovely, social people who I know would rather have a relationship (same person) with the people providing care, as opposed to large companies who may send different people.
