About the job

Looking for medical appointment support and transportation for aging mother with dementia. My mom is creative, quiet, and loves to connect with others. She is 67, has lived with diabetes for years, and has a more recent diagnosis of dementia. There was a big change in living circumstances, and my mom is needing occasional support for eye doctor, dentist, and neurologist appointments-- including transportation. Driving distance should remain under 60 miles roundtrip. Appointments will be varied, but probably 1-2x per month. We can try to work around the right person's schedule to make this happen. We are NOT asking for this person to attend the appointments in the room, just assisting with transportation, appointment check-in, and any scheduling additional appointments.
