Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Saint Paul

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 70s. Assistance with toileting is one of our requirements. We're looking for some help preparing lunch. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. My mom is recovering from brain surgery and struggling with extreme weakness and aphasia. She needs help to stay safe while I work and help her with minimal exercises to rebuild her strength during the day. She will need rest and support with stretching and some basic exercises to help her regain independence.
