Help With Basic Errands And Meal Prep

I am looking for a caregiver for my 78-year-old father. He has asthma and early stages of dementia and just needs a little extra help getting around. He recently was told he should not be driving. We are looking for someone to help with errands and meal prep. As well as refilling medications and making sure he is taking them as needed. No housekeeping is required. He sometimes needs a reminder about his personal hygiene but he is able to do this himself. He has a medium sized dog, Harper, she is really sweet and gentle. My father, Richard is a kind, sweet man. And is pretty easy to work with. My sister and I are in our early 20s and cannot care for him as much as we used to. We just need a little extra help here and there.
