About the job
About who needs care: 19-year-old with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and contamination OCD. He is in school and goes to therapy regularly. He mostly struggles with anxiety regarding germs but is a really nice young man. Likes to play chess and other games and loves the outdoors. About the care needs: Someone patient but who can provide structure (time management) to help him get through his daily activities and be on time to appointments, getting to bed on time, etc. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
