About who needs care: I have a spinal cord injury from 40 years ago. I do as much as I can myself but now Im 74. Ditto my husband: he helps as much as he can but he is 75 and cannot do as much as he used to. I use a power wheelchair for mobility but recently quit driving our van. Im partially paralyzed and have neurogenic bladder and bowel which I manage myself. Some things, like cooking, are getting hard for me. About the care needs: Need a female, for sure. Warm and friendly, with kids/grandkids, dog/cat lover would be great. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
