About who needs care: My dad needs help with showering. We have a good system down but my sister and I cant keep up with it as we would like. He is pretty fragile these days. He is such a kind and gentle man. He has a urostomy bag and a nephrostomy bag from bladder cancer. My mom changes these. She needs a walker herself so cant help with showers. If he is not clean he gets kidney infections that do an awful number on him. He likes to shower before bed around 8:00ish but Im sure any time would be acceptable. About the care needs: My mom is a talker. She is also a bit of a hoarder. Lots of piles. Not dirty but she loves stuff. My dad loves to joke. He would do well with someone light hearted. He will be the first to tell you he lost his dignity a long time ago. They are such wonderful people. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
