Companion Care Needed For Myself In Washington

Seeking companion care near Washington for myself in my 60s. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We might ask you to run errands now and then. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Woman with multiple sclerosis who is used to doing things herself (stubborn) and now needs help doing things at home and help with doctor appointments, etc. some light housework, cleaning bathrooms (sorry - recent falls make it hard to wash shower/bathroom floor/toilet). It kills me to ask for help but I am kind of forced to now. My son does a lot for me but I really hate asking for so much from him.
