About who needs care: 24 y/o looking for someone to come along with me for a downstate surgery in Brighton on November 11th, next month. Potentially even on December 10th for the follow up. Its a for a revision of a prior surgery Ive already had, it would be quick, just an hour long op excluding waking up from sedation. Id help pay for gas, Ill even help drive on the way down! I just need someone to be with me for discharge and driving me home because of the anesthesia and location of the surgical work. This is kind of a last resort option for me. Im quiet, Im polite but awkward. Anxious, autistic I make a okay traveling companion. About the care needs: Because of the time of year if theres any risk of snow or rain on the ground if you're confident with driving in some weather thats great. Im bad at small talk and conversations so if thats not taken personally thats nice. I probably would have my headphones on for the trip back so I hope no offense is taken there. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, and mobility assistance.
