About who needs care: Memory care. Cannot keep on medication schedule and is prone to outdoor wandering and getting hurt or lost. Does not know how to prepare meals and needs to be given healthy foods at meal times. She is able bodied and can take care of her own bathroom needs. She does not bathe and rarely changes clothes. Care is needed for a week to 10 days until her placement at Wellspring is completed. About the care needs: A patient caregiver will be needed, she talks a LOT and repeats questions and stories over and over, she does not remember what shes been talking about or who people are. She mostly sits on her couch and watches TV Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
