About who needs care: Diabetic, heart issues. Likes sports, loves criminal law and shows like law and order. About the care needs: My mom is outgoing might need someone to occasionally make a basic meal or just remind her that she needs to eat because as a diabetic if she's not hungry she won't eat but then that impacts her blood sugar. I would say if they're open to learning about soccer because she follows Manchester United but in general my mom watches TV does some light chores around the house. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
