Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Oak Park

Punctual & Reliable Part-time preferably 2 week nights and Sat/Sun day hours. Help needed for my father in his 80s - Care & companionship. The ideal match will be willing to do the following: Med prompting, cleaning, helping with bathing/dressing, meal preparation, running errands, keeping daily report/notes, occasional transportation (doctor's appointments, haircuts, pharmacy, etc.). My father is mobile and can stand/walk with equipment. You should be familiar with Pts with Dementia. Preferred to have at least 10 yrs. experience, honest, good communicator, a non-smoker, and CPR / first-aid trained. Referrals and ID required
