Seeking a compassionate, capable, and positive individual to support a young adult with mild cognitive and physical disabilities. A permanent position, with occasionally changeable hours; including restful overnight hours. Responsibilities include: -Assisting with daily living tasks (personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, laundry, shopping) -Offering step-by-step guidance to develop independent living skills -Encouraging and facilitating communication, social engagement, and recreational activities -Attending medical appointments, providing transportation, managing logistics -Supporting work-related tasks and goals Must have a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record and background check, a friendly and fun demeanor and a responsible and reliable work ethic.
