About who needs care: My mother and her husband have some memory problems and mobility problems. They need someone to make sure medications are sorted and ready to take; help with laundry; check on their grooming (and help with it, if needed); make sure they have bathroom supplies (Depends, toilet paper, etc.) and food in the house; and other similar chores. About the care needs: Able to take blood pressure and temperature; have a basic understanding of what medications do (or the ability to look them up and find out). Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
