About who needs care: I am a 29-year-old quadriplegic. I had a stroke in 2019 and am mostly bed bound. I like to watch movies at home or in theaters, read, spend time with my dog, and exercise. Ideally I would get dressed in the morning, go to rehab, and come back and eat dinner and read. About the care needs: Any personality would be a good fit, I can be talkative or quiet depending on the day. Im hoping I can have help bathing and getting dressed. Its an extra plus if my caregiver is comfortable with catheterizing to give my mom a break every now and then. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
