Senior Care Assistance: Looking For A Part-time Assistant, Who Would Work With Our Elderly Mom.

About the job

The caregiver will assist with the client getting washed and dressed for the day, as well as preparing breakfast and lunch. After getting dressed for the day, the caregiver would assist the client with walking to the living room, and sitting in the recliner. That is where the client would eat her breakfast and lunch. The caregiver would engage in conversation with client, etc. We are looking for someone who has experience with working with the elderly, someone who is kind, and patient. The client does need assistance with getting to a standing position, so ideally, the candidate would have experience that relates to that. We would also offer four more hours on Saturday evenings, if the candidate would like to add hours. Parking is available in front of the house, and/or in the driveway. We do not have pets.
