Turn the Tide Home Care is seeking a patient, reliable, and empathetic caregiver to support a bedbound, geriatric, bariatric client in their home. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing care with dignity, respect, and compassion. Position: In-Home Caregiver Location: Canton Schedule: Days 11a-1p, Evenings 6p-8p 18 hrs. per week Start Date: Immediate Responsibilities Include: Assistance with brief/diaper changes and personal hygiene Cleaning and maintaining a sanitary environment around the client Meal preparation- Heat up microwave dinners Laundry - As needed Organizing living space for safety and comfort Trash removal - At the end of shift Providing companionship, emotional support, and a positive presence Maintaining respect, privacy, and dignity at all times Ideal Candidate: Experience with bedbound or bariatric clients preferred Comfortable with repositioning & incontinence care Kind, patient, and supportive with strong communication skills Reliable, attentive, and detail-oriented Able to lift/assist as needed (proper technique encouraged) Must demonstrate empathy and a genuine passion for caregiving Requirements: Driver's License S. S card Dependable transportation Background check required
