About who needs care: I am looking to help my mom find care for my stepdad. He is 69 years old and has Alzheimers. He feels most comfortable at home with the dogs. He does need help eating and using the restroom. About the care needs: My stepdad tends to get a little flustered when things are loud so I think somebody whos patient and can redirect him when he gets in a bad mood would be helpful
